The PBX operator
utilizes the interactive capabilities of Inntegrity™ to:

Inquire to
find registered guests, future arrivals,
todays departures

Enter
telephone charges (if there is no call accounting
interface)
The telephone operators
have access to the reservation or guest information by guest
name, arrival / departure dates, company name or room number.
The information that can
be displayed by the operator can include the guests name and
address, arrival and departure dates, room number, group/firm
affiliation, special requests, additional names or shares in the room, vehicle
information, etc.
This
module also
provides the ability to enter telephone charges such as local and
long distance calls for guests, if no telephone call accounting
system is interfaced. A routine is provided to allow the PBX
operator to perform a cashier audit if any charges were posted
manually.
