Feb. 28, 2005 – CSS Hotel Systems completed the
installation of its Inntegrity™ property
management system at Sterling Resorts, a resort
condominium corporation located in Destin, Fla. The
new technology will allow Sterling Resorts to focus
more on guests services and less on system
operations.
 With
a unique blend of hotel style features and
condominium vacation rental functions,
Inntegrity’s™ easy-to-use software has been
specifically tailor-made to fit all of Sterling
Resorts’ property management needs. While offering
flexibility and efficiency, the new software gives
Sterling Resorts the luxury to concentrate on their
guests’ needs. Reservations and front desk staff
at one property can easily check availability and
make a reservation at another resort. Guest history
for all properties is now easily accessed, a benefit
when a guest returns and makes arrangements at
another Sterling Resort.
Sterling Resorts owns and operates condominium
properties and vacation rental homes and real estate
brokerage services in Northwest Florida and the
Mississippi Gulf Coast area, commonly known as the
Emerald Coast. Some of Sterling’s properties
include: Sterling Shores, Sterling Sands and
Seafarer in Destin, Fla., and the Sterling Reef and
Sterling Beach in Panama City Beach, Fla. and Le
Chateau in Biloxi, Miss. Sterling Resorts is
experiencing substantial growth with the planned
addition of several resort condominium properties
over the next few years, including Splash, Sterling
Breeze and Grand Panama Beach Resort in Panama City,
Fla. as well as numerous other resorts along the
Gulf Coast.
Sterling Resorts’ management elected to operate
all of its properties from its central data center
located at its corporate office in Destin, Fla.
Based on centralized logon authorization,
workstations at both corporate and property level
are connected via TCP/IP on the Wide Area Network
and the Internet, allowing users to access the
databases of all properties or just their own
property. A number of functions are simplified by
employing a centralized server setup, including back
up and maintenance procedures and system updates.

history and statistical reporting is imperative to
Sterling since the data is made up of both guests
and condominium owners. Inntegrity™ allows rapid
access to their preferences for reservation purposes
and targeted promotional marketing.
The condominium management and ownership
accounting functions are an integral part of the
Inntegrity™ Front Office System. These two
modules, part of the original Inntegrity™ design,
are intended to streamline almost any resort
condominium operation.

Sterling Resorts anticipates the installation of
the CSS Corporate Accounting System within the next
few months. The Inntegrity™ Front Office System is
fully integrated into the CSS Corporate Accounting
System. The daily front office transaction detail is
captured in Inntegrity™ and will automatically
update Corporate Accounting during the Night Audit
routines, ensuring better revenue management. The
General Ledger and Statistical Ledger master files
are then used for editing daily report detail
entries.
