CSS Report Features

All CSS systems offer consistency and flexibility in selecting, sorting, and defining your reports.  We provide two avenues that allow you limitless flexibility in narrowing your report to the exact data you seek.

CSS Report Selection Screen

Our report selection screens allow you to select the specific data you want included in the report, select in what order the data will be sorted, and decide what data options will be printed in the report.

Guest Arrivals Report Selection ScreenIn the Arrivals Report selection screen, (right) the appropriate fields are pre-selected to print one copy of the report with all guests arriving on the date Feb. 7, 2007; to sort the report by arrival date then guest name; and to include dollar amounts in the report.

You may print the Arrivals list as pre-selected here, or you may change any of more than 50 factors to determine your report content, from this report selection screen.

(Data options on report selection screens vary based on information provided in the reports.)

After you select your report criteria in the selection screen, you may choose from the function keys along the bottom of the screen (above) to print the report directly to the workstation's designated printer, export the report in a format that easily allows mail merges and data manipulation, or preview the report onscreen for even more print options (see Report Preview screen below).

CSS Report Preview Selection Options

All CSS Report Preview screens (below) give you many options to view your reports onscreen, to search for specific entries in your reports (blue arrow), to maneuver through and print specific pages of your reports (red arrow), and to save your reports in various other application formats (green arrow).  Thumbnails to the left of the report allow you to jump to a specific page within the report, or you may click on an icon in the command options along the top of the preview screen to see a specific page number.
