CSS Hotel Systems is a Texas-based, privately held corporation, owned and managed by the founding principals since 1973.  All CSS products are designed, developed, installed, and supported by CSS Hotel Systems.  Our support staff is at your service, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

CSS Company Philosophy & History

Our company philosophy is that our users are the most qualified people to dictate their own property management operations.  Our goal is to provide you with a property management system that will conform to your specific hospitality needs, while giving you flexible management options, along with quality customer service and support.

Our user-guided company philosophy has been the very foundation of our products.  In keeping with our user-focus, our original hotel software system was designed more than 30 years ago, specifically for three major hotel management firms:  Doubletree Hotels, Pratt Hotel Corporation, and Metro Hotels.  When these valuable hoteliers approached us to write an accounting system designed to meet their unique hospitality needs, we met the development challenge with enthusiasm.  In 1982, at the request and with the continuing cooperation of our customers, we developed our Total Solutions Concept consisting of our Front Office System with our fully integrated Back Office Accounting System that also fully integrates to our Corporate Accounting System.

Through the decades, our customers have provided the basis for each new system development we have undertaken.  When our customers required condominium accounting, we wrote a condominium system.  When our customers could not find a marina system to meet their needs, we wrote them one.  We incorporate our customers' expertise in all hotel operational levels, always considering your preferences for your property management system.  We successfully mastered every technological advance our customers have faced, and we enhance our applications to meet our customer's continually changing needs in response to hospitality industry trends.

We are eager to entertain your custom programming requests, custom interface requests, and data conversion requests, and we will interface to other PMS vendors as well.  We base our future on your needs.  So, CSS Hotel Systems is not really about us.  It is about you.
