CSS Activity Scheduler

The CSS Activity Scheduler software integrates scheduling and accounting between the CSS Front Office System and activity providers, whether activities are onsite as part of the hotel (like golf clubs and spas) or from a separate third-party provider (like outside tours).  Our Activity Scheduler handles scheduling, ticketing, and billing for hotel guests, walk-ins, future guests, and local members of your outlet clubs that are not hotel guests.

Activities Scheduler Software At A Glance

• Booking:  Book activities for guests, future guests, or walk-ins during reservations or upon check-in.

• Onsite & Offsite:  Activities may be scheduled either on-property in your facility, as in tennis court times, or off-property at a third-party vendor site, as in excursions.

• Advance deposit tracking:  Our Activity Scheduler tracks advance deposits for activities separately from rooms.

• Confirmations:  With the CSS Activity Scheduler, you may print confirmations with deposits received and due for both rooms and activities. 

• Guest Activity Schedule:  Provide your guest with a schedule that reflects all activities, times, dates, and prices for all members associated with that account.  You may print the schedule beforehand to be sent to the guest before arrival or to hand to the guest upon check-in.

• Ticketing:  The CSS Activity Scheduler interfaces with a ticketing processor to print tickets for your guests.

• Scheduling & Tracking:  Schedule and track activities for guests and activity providers (i.e. golf pro, massage therapist, fitness trainer, etc.).

• Accounting:  The CSS Activity Scheduler includes accounting functions between the hotel and third-party providers.

• User-defined time increments:  Define your own time increments per activity so you may schedule any activity based on time increments whether it be for a hair salon or horseback riding.

• Fees:  Set and track fees for activities, or offer them for free.  

• Sorting options:  Schedule and track activities and fees by provider, by activity, and/or by function.
