As room
reservations are made, or upon check-in at the Front Desk,
hotel staff can
simultaneously book activities offered by the hotel.
These activities can be available
on property, tennis court time for example, or off property
like seats on a boat cruise.
The Activities Scheduler includes the functions for the
accounting between the hotel
and third party activity providers.
Since the Activities Scheduler ties into Guestroom
Reservations, the Activity Centers
and/or other departments (e.g. Pro Shop, Concierge, Beauty
Shop, etc.), can schedule
activity reservations from several locations that will be
attached to the Guest Account.
Activities can also be scheduled for local/member
guests
without overnight
accommodations. These
charges can be collected at the
desk or posted to an Accounts Receivable account for monthly billing.
The Activities Scheduler can be configured to schedule any
time increment activity - from Hair Salon to Horseback Riding to Golf Tee
Times.

and facilities for new reservations. |

CSS Activity Scheduler interfaces with a ticketing
processor to print tickets.
