The CSS Daily Report is one of our most popular software components.  This revenue journal system allows you to manage your financial statements on a daily basis and is tracked by General Ledger and Statistic Ledger accounts.  It handles current-day actual numbers as well as period-to-date information, plus all the basic functions you need to post transactions into the CSS accounting system.

• Daily Report Features:  Even though most of your daily report will be generated automatically, we also provide manual entry, editing, and post routines of daily report data.  You can print your CSS Daily Report with up to six format options, by section or in its entirety, and you will have data transfer capability and comparison data of last year, budget, and outlook numbers.

• Accounting and Statistical Reporting:  The CSS Daily Report captures both general ledger and statistic ledger information.

• Daily Report Writer:  Your management has the flexibility to customize your daily report financial statements to your own specifications.  You define your property-specific financials.  You control line descriptions, amount fields, which totals print, and what values serve as divisors in the development of percentages on your financial statements.

• Automatic generation of Daily Report revenue and statistical information:  The CSS Daily Report is fully integrated with the General Ledger, posting daily entries to the GL at month end.  When the CSS Front Office System is also installed, the Night Audit process automatically generates and posts your daily report data to the CSS General Ledger and Statistic Ledger.  Track valuable statistics, like your Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR), on a daily basis in your CSS Daily Report, and on a monthly basis in your CSS General Ledger and your Profit & Loss Statements. 

• Payroll tracking:  You can use your CSS Daily Report to track payroll statistics.  You may enter your daily payroll hours, and during the night audit, your CSS system will carry your payroll statistics in general ledger memo figures that do not effect your general ledger but allow you to closely track payroll numbers.  The actual payroll numbers are imported from your payroll service at each pay period close.  Keeping you informed and up-to-date on a daily basis.
