  • Timeshare Management & Vacation Club Points:  The CSS system handles interval ownership with flexibility and ease, generates interval reservations for all unit owners automatically at the beginning of the fiscal year, allows units to be sold annually or biennially, allows unit owner types to be defined as deeded/unit interval or vacation club points system, tracks accelerated usage against contracts, and generates and tracks vacation club points.

  • Multiple condo owner tracking:  Our system tracks owner types in the rental program, non-rental owners, timeshare owners, and vacation club owners.
