This is a Status Screen accessible in the CSS Front Office System that provides an up to the minute account of the status of the hotel. Click a button on this screen and it becomes  Dynamic. This means: as the data listed below is updated in the system, the figures will update automatically on the screen. A manager can have this module running on their PC while working in other Windows applications, and continually monitor the hotel’s current status.

The dynamic data continually updated on the screen includes:

• Due to Check In, clarified by group vs. individual, Guaranteed vs. non, number of rooms vs. number of guests.
  

• Due to Check Out, sorted by number of rooms vs. number of guests.
  

• Occupied and Current to Sell rooms, plus Projected Occupied vs. Projected Available rooms.
  

• Housekeeping Stats: Occupied vs. Vacant, Clean vs. Dirty, Number to Inspect
  

• Current and Projected Occupancy Percent.
  

• Current number of Guests: Adults and Children in the hotel.
  

• Total Rooms in hotel, Out of Order vs. Total Rentable.
  

• Click on key fields, Total Due In for example, to view a list of the Guests due in.

The Current Hotel Status screen is available from several Front Office menus and can be scheduled to update as often as once every minute.
