1099 and W-2 Reporting

Customer,
Once again it is the close of another year. We appreciate your support throughout
2006 and we hope 2007 is a prosperous and safe year for you.
You should have already received a copy of the memo for 1099
and W-2 Ordering by fax. That memo provided information to order the correct
1099 and W-2 forms. Call or e-mail us if you need a copy of this memo. The E-mail addresses

The following pages contain information to assist you in preparing and filing
2006 tax forms. Please read the entire letter BEFORE processing your
1099 and W-2 forms. We suggest you make copies of these instructions to distribute to
those staff members who will be handling the end of year
processing.
There
are no changes to the printed forms for 2006. There is
a change to the 1099 Electronic File format, so a software
update will be required before you create that 1099
file. Contact CSS Support to schedule the software
Update.
Please note the information detailed here, on the
Customer Base Information Web Pages, has been sent to the CSS
Customer base in mid December 2006.
