Management would like to have some idea of the hotel status, check-outs, rooms available, check-ins, etc. during the day; particularly when the property is running full. There is no need to print reports several times a day, just view the Current Hotel Status screen  for an up to the minute snapshot.  

Upon check out a guest would like to split his $1,384.00 folio total into three partial payments: his credit card, cash and a portion routed to his company Accounts Receivable account.  With the payment options available at check out, the folio total can be divided among multiple payment types simultaneously.  As the total is split out the Front Office software tracks the remaining balance until a zero balance is reached; and this all takes place on the same screen for ease and clarity.
