Inntegrity™ Front Office System offers hoteliers a feature rich environment
in which to operate their property. Few hotel Front Office Systems
rival CSS in depth of functionality across all modules of the software. The Hotel Staff will be able to provide better guest

control and efficiency of the front office operation.
Based on a
set of data criteria entered by the Reservationist, the
Inntegrity™ Front Office Software will automatically choose the appropriate rate in an
ordered hierarchy: Manual Override, Group/Corporate/ Wholesaler
Code, Plan Code, Market Segment and finally Rack rate. Coupled with the
built in CSS
Dynamic Rate Tiering Yield Management, the hotel staff
has full control over Room Revenue.
Confirmations
can carry your choice of message - Deposit Requested,
Deposit Received, etc., in various formats - Letter or form,
by various methods of communication - Postal Mail, E-mail,
Fax, and to various individuals - Guest, Group Contact,
Corporate Contact and/or Travel Agent... and all on the same
screen.
Management
would like to have some idea of the hotel status, check-outs,
rooms available, check-ins, etc. during the day; particularly
when the property is running full. There is no need to print
reports several times a day, just view the Current Hotel Status
screen for an up to
the minute snapshot.
Upon check
out a guest would like to split his $1,384.00 folio total into
three partial payments: his credit card, cash and a portion
routed to his company Accounts Receivable account. With the payment
options available at check out, the folio total can be
divided among multiple payment types simultaneously.
As the total is split out the Front Office software tracks the remaining
balance until a zero balance is reached; and this all takes
place on the same screen for ease and clarity.
