  • Package Plans:  Our Front Office Systems handle management-defined revenue allocation distribution according to your needs.  Allocated items in a package plan post by day and department, and the system automatically breaks out package rates from other expenditures.

  • Shared Guest Control:  Our system handles unlimited shared guests per reservation, splitting rates throughout the stay even if shared guests arrive and depart on different dates.  Shared reservations may split the folio equally or route transactions to separate folios as desired.

  • Rate Tiers:  The CSS Front Office System provides many ways to handle room rates.  You may set up tiers for each room type, date, day, season, or combination of factors, as you define.  If a guest stays over a period of time in which seasonal or day rates change over the course of the stay, our Reservations software shows the applicable management-defined rate per day.  The reservationist may quote the actual rates as presented, convert each night to the highest rate per day, convert each night to the lowest rate per day, or average the rates of all nights of the stay.  The reservationist may also override rates and enter them manually based on management policy.

  • Yield Management Dynamic Rate Tiers:  This yield management tool automatically increases room rates based on current availability.  You, as management, define your rate tiers based on percentages of availability.  When your availability is high, your system will automatically provide the lower rate; when your availability is low, your system will automatically provide the higher rate -- as you define.

  • Group Management:  When your property sets up group plans, corporate accounts, tour operators, or wholesale accounts, our Group Contract Master automatically manages transaction routing, special billing, special rates, and group block booking.  Our system separates room, tax, and incidentals on group billing folios based on your definition of the folio type.
