  • Cleaning Schedules by Section, Floor, and/or Credits:  With the CSS Housekeeping system, you have flexibility in how you divide your housekeeping schedule.  You may assign rooms to be cleaned based on sections that you define, floors in the building, or credits that you define.  Using credits makes it easy to divide the workload of your housekeeping staff.  You decide the value of your housekeeping credits based on the difficulty of the cleaning job.  Equal credits let you schedule equal workloads for your maid staff.

  • Housekeeping Room Status:  Our Housekeeping component accommodates several different levels of housekeeping status that you create and define (Light Clean, Heavy Clean, Towel Drop, Needs Inspection, etc.).  Different levels of clean are ideal for extended guest stays, green properties, and condominium properties that don't necessarily provide complete cleaning services on a daily basis.

  • PBX Interface features (optional):  If your PBX system is capable, an interface to our CSS Front Office allows your housekeeping staff to key a code from the guest-room telephone to immediately update the room's clean status.
