CSS Optional Systems At A Glance

• CSS Web Reservations System:  Our web reservations system allows web-surfers to check rates and availability at your hotel in real time.  Potential guests can create, edit, and/or cancel their own reservations; enter credit card payments and specialized guest information; and select whether to get their own confirmation by printing, email, or conventional mail.

• CSS Activity/Facility Scheduler:  The CSS Activity Scheduler integrates scheduling and accounting between the CSS Front Office System and activity providers, whether activities are onsite as part of the hotel (like golf clubs and spas) or from a separate third-party provider (like outside excursions).  Our Activity Scheduler handles scheduling, ticketing, and billing for hotel guests, walk-ins, future guests, and local members of your outlet clubs who are not hotel guests.  Upon check-in with the CSS Activity Scheduler, your front desk staff will be able to hand your guest a copy of his activity schedule with his room key.

CSS Interfaces At A Glance

• CSS Payroll Accounting Interface:  CSS offers interfaces that allow your payroll company to automatically post your payroll entries to the CSS General Ledger.  Track your daily payroll numbers in the CSS Daily Report and General Ledger, then when your payroll company reports the actual payroll, our interfaces import your payroll into your general ledger automatically.

• CSS Front Office Interfaces:  Each CSS Front Office interface saves your property valuable time and manpower.  We offer seamless integration to various brands of hospitality systems, allowing you to control peripheral systems through the CSS Front Office for a myriad of benefits. 
  
  Your front desk clerks will focus less on manual procedures and more on customer service, because our interfaces automate your check-in process among multiple systems.  When you check a guest into the CSS Front Office, your system may be configured to automatically activate telephone systems, voicemail systems, in-room movie systems, energy management systems, key cards, and more. 
  
  Our interfaces also have the ability to post charges from your outlets directly to the front office guest folio automatically, further reducing redundancy and unnecessary paper.  In addition, with your point-of-sale system interfaced to the CSS Marina package, your marina-only clientele can have the same charging capabilities in your outlets as a hotel guest.
