• Multi-company & Multi-location capability:  Whether your marina operates as a lone entity or as part of a combination property, such as a marina with hotel, restaurant, and shops, CSS offers the finest integrated solutions to meet your specific needs.  Our software also seamlessly integrates your multiple companies, properties, and locations within your properties, while providing detailed and consolidated financial reports

• CSS Marina Functions:  Enter and edit reservations for slips, post advance deposits, maintain billing slip folios for marina guests, and track guest charges in outlets to guest slip folios.

• Front Office Functionality:  Our Marina package provides integrated front office functions such as reservations, front desk, package plans, group management, and much more.

• Marina interfaces to outlets:  The CSS Marina System interfaces to all of the same outlets as the CSS Front Office System.  If your marina is part of a hotel property, marina guests that do not check into your hotel can have all the same charging privileges as a hotel guest, and charges are posted to the marina slip, rather than a hotel room.  Marina guests receive the same detailed billing folio at the end of their stay as a room guest.

• Rate Tiers:  The CSS Marina System provides multiple ways to handle your slip rates.  Tiers may be set up for each slip type, date, day, and/or season as you define.  If a guest stays over a period of time in which seasonal or day rates change over the course of the stay, the CSS Front Desk software shows the applicable management-defined rate per day.  The reservationist may quote the actual rates as presented, convert each night to the highest rate per day, convert each night to the lowest rate per day, or average the rates of all nights of the stay.  CSS Systems also allow you to override rates and enter them manually at your discretion.

• Yield Management Dynamic Rate Tiers:  This yield management tool automatically increases slip rates based on availability.  Management defines rate tiers based on user-defined percentages of availability.  When your availability is high, your rates may be automatically set lower; when your availability is low, your rates may be automatically set higher -- as you define.

• Maintenance Function:  Generate reports indicating when and how often a regular maintenance function needs to be performed.  CSS tracks your billing and schedules your service at whatever regular intervals you desire.  The function report let's you see what maintenance functions are scheduled each day.
