In the CSS Front Office System a package plan is created one time. This package, with all its features, then logically applies to all room types, all seasons and any number of guests in the unit.  This even applies to group attendees.

Allocation of all Package Component Revenues will be posted the way you need - and that is on the day the component is used.  As meals included in the package are consumed each day, it will be during that night audit the appropriate revenue is allocated to F&B.    

Package Breakage is done by the CSS System; and done accurately... without the need for coupons to clarify the features’ value.  If $10.00 is allocated for breakfast and an $15.00 breakfast is posted, the $5.00 overage will show as a separate line item on the guest folio, automatically.  Breakage can be set to monitor each guest in the room or totals.  If two $10.00 breakfasts are included and an $15.00 plus a $5.00 is consumed, the System will not post an overage.

The CSS Package Plan module provides ease of package construction and usage in the Front Office and full package detail is accounted for in the Daily Report in both the Front and Back Office Systems.
