CSS Inntegrity™
Reporting
capabilities are synonymous with query flexibility.
Wherever applicable, when a Report menu item is chosen a
query screen appears offering the user a variety of options
on how the report will be presented. The user may accept the
default selection and print or personally select how the
report will be displayed, what data appears in the report,
how the data is sorted and how the data is totaled.
In
a typical Reservation or Guest Report the user will first
view the "Select Report By" query screen and
decide what factors will determine the flow of the report.
Options include: Arrival Date, Departure Date, From/To
or Inclusive Dates, Location, Room Type, Room
Number, Market ID, Group/Co ID, Company, City, State,
Package Plan, VIP Code, Source of Business or Promo
Codes. You can then decide to include
Reservations, In-House Guests, Checked-Out Guests and/or
Cancellations. Do you want to include Remarks or Room
Descriptions on the Report?, just check any of these options.
From
here you can chose from the above criteria how you want the
Report to be Sorted and Totaled. For example, first
Sort by Arrival Dates, you can enter a date range, and then
alphabetically by Name within each arrival date. If
you want totals to appear for Room Types or Group/Co ID,
just check the Sort and Total options you want.
Click
to Preview or to Print. If you Preview the report on
screen you can zoom in or out, jump to a particular
page, the first or last page. Indicated in the upper
left are the Select By, Sort By and Total By options you
chose; your Logo appears in the top left of the report
also.
You
can then send the report to the default printer, or any
other printer on the network. Or, you can save it to print
later, save it in a format to be E-mailed, or save it in any
of these formats: Text, HTML, Excel®, MS Word® or Comma
Separated. With flexible save options, your
"perfect" report can be opened in a number of other programs
which simplifies E-mailing the report to management without
direct access to the System.
At
CSS we decided we wouldn't be able to create a report for
every need. So we did the next best thing - created a
vehicle for the user to build reports that best fit their
individual needs. Remember, Inntegrity™ is an Open
Database Compliant Application; all data you collect is your
data and you have full access to it through Inntegrity™ as
well as other applications.
To
sum it up - collect your data with Inntegrity™, view your
data with flexibility.
