The Hotel Reservations software programs provide 
the following functions:Reservationist

  • Create a new reservation

  • Find and modify previously made reservations

The hotel reservation software provides for the original entry of guest related data to the reservations file. It controls general rooms inventory and specific room availability.

Enter dates, room type and market code and the CSS Hotel System chooses the correct room rate. The operator is unable to chose an incorrect rate. Entering the group / corporate code or package plan will bring up the applicable rate in the reservations software as predetermined by management.

If a guest’s stay runs from weekday to weekend, the Inntegrity™ hotel software will show the applicable rate for each day, and automatically change to the appropriate rate at the proper time. This is also true for seasonal rate changes.  You can even let the Rate Analysis average the split rate and quote the average rate. 

The CSS Hotel Reservation Software will automatically use the hotel’s room inventory or group’s room blocking at predetermined rates based on the type of reservation being entered.  The hotel room inventory and group blocking can be displayed on the operator’s screen simultaneously to allow up to the minute control of rooms inventory.

Repeat Guest History may be used to speed entry of reservations for guests who have stayed at the property before.  Guest History can carry an unlimited number of previous stays with specific revenue data per stay.  Department specific notes can be maintained in Guest History Records; dietary requirements in F&B notes, for example. 

Special Request Codes, established for available items requested by guests, can have a rate attached to them.  The rate will post at the proper time and frequency during the stay, first day, last day, middle days, all days or specific day.    The Front Office software tracks inventory of Special Request items such as Rollaways or Cribs.

Wait List detail includes the Name, Company, Arrival and Departure Dates, Room Type. Market Code and number of Adults and Children.  Inntegrity™ tracks the Wait List in the order of Date and time that it was recorded.

  • Create Travel Agent Master record while entering reservation, if Travel Agent Master is not previously set up
