• Streamlined Reservations:  Reservations may be entered quickly and easily from Repeat Guest History, existing guests and reservations, condominium accounts, prospects, and wait lists, minimizing redundant data entry.

• Comprehensive Reservations Screen:  The CSS Reservations/Guest screen allows hotel staff to access every reservation or front desk function from one all-inclusive screen.

• Automatic Rate Selection:  Our Reservations software selects pre-defined room rates based on management-created codes for groups, corporate rates, market segments, package plans, and/or standard room rates, preventing reservationists from selecting an incorrect rate during the reservation process.  You can set your rates as simply or as complex as your property requires.

• Yield Management Dynamic Rate Tiers:  This yield management tool automatically increases room rates based on current availability.  You, as management, define your rate tiers based on percentages of availability.  When your availability is high, your system will automatically provide the lower rate; when your availability is low, your system will automatically provide the higher rate -- as you define.

• Unlimited Share-Withs per Reservation:  The CSS Reservations software links unlimited share-withs per reservation, accurately splitting rates throughout the stay even if shared guests arrive and depart on different days.

• Web Reservations Subsystem Interface:  Our online Web Reservations Interface allows your customers to easily access real-time availability at your property and to book a reservation from your existing website directly to your CSS Front Office System.
