Our CSS Front Office and Back Office Accounting products are fully integrated, providing you with a total solution to all of your hotel software needs from the initial reservation to detailed financial reporting, whether your system runs individual or multiple hotels, condominiums, marinas, and/or outlets.  All CSS products are consistent and share the following features.

General CSS Software Features & Functions

• Multiple company capability:  Our systems operate multiple companies and provide consolidated financial reports, including consolidated Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements.  Regardless of how many hotels, condominium or marina properties you operate, CSS systems give you ultimate control of your data.

• Multiple property and/or multiple location capability:  Our systems operate multiple locations at the same property, such as a resort property with a marina, spa, golf club, etc.  They also operate multiple properties on one server as is necessary for companies managing a combination of properties such as corporate/convention hotels, resorts, condominiums, extended-stay properties, campground/RV parks, and/or marinas.

• Reporting Functions:  All CSS systems maximize your options for report printing.  You, as management, write many of your own reports during CSS training and installation.  You decide where transactions are reported and when they are totaled in the report.  You can also customize standard reports through a wide-variety of detailed sorting options.  You may view all reports on-screen, print to a designated printer, save the report in a variety of formats, and email/export reports to management and other systems in the format of your choice.

• Flexible Search Criteria:  CSS Inquiry routines allow you to narrow your search field based on a variety of factors, providing you with flexible search capability for every department of your property.

• Customization:  Each CSS System contains a Utilities menu that gives you the flexibility to customize your system's codes, general ledger account number format, user security, reporting functions, and much more.  Also, through the Utilities menu, you as management decide which departments and/or specific employees have access to individual system functions.

• Training Hotel System:  A new-hire training hotel system allows you to train your staff on the system's realistic data without affecting your hotel's real data.

• Account History Access:  Our systems provide complete account history details that are easily accessed and retrieved through search routines. 

• Ergonomic Design:  Our systems are designed to make your job easier.  The general design idea is to allow the computer to do as much of the work as possible.  With CSS, you and your staff will have less work on a daily basis by investing little time during installation and system setup to automate your accounting functions.

• Expanded Maneuverability:  Our systems operate using the keyboard and/or mouse.  We've added special key combinations to the typical Windows© environment that allow the user to maneuver through screens without ever moving his/her hands from the keyboard.

• User-defined color schemes:  The color scheme of our systems may be user-defined through either CSS or Windows©. 

• Multiple Database Formats:  All CSS applications are processed utilizing a relational database format:  Microsoft SQL; Interbase 6.0; or Firebird 2.0.
