Support whenever you need it, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our
support personnel have all come from a hotel background, and can
answer any questions about the CSS applications as well as
operational questions about the hotel. Both Phone and Modem
Support are provided.
Annual
Support also entitles the User to all future enhancements to the
System. Upgrades are sent to the CSS User Base on the appropriate
media, disk or tape, along with instructions and release notes.
Upgrade Support is available if necessary. Based on the ease of
the upgrades, CSS will ensure your System is continually on the
cutting edge of Hospitality Technology.
