The CSS training program is designed to provide a thorough understanding of the CSS System Applications, and make the most of time spent away from normal duties. The knowledge gained by management training alone, will not only instill a comfort level operating the CSS applications but, through our trainers experience, provide insight to alternative, and possibly better, procedures to handle day-to-day operations. CSS Trainers are employees of CSS Hotel Systems; this is not the case with all PMS vendors.

Data Conversion is often part of the Installation and training process. It is an efficient alternative to re-keying all Front Office and Accounting data into the CSS System that has been collected in the systems being replaced.  For more information on Data Conversion.

Re-Training and further education of the CSS Applications is available at the CSS Offices computerized classroom or at your site. Prior to scheduling, the Trainer will clarify the modules needing attention to customize the training specifically to the client.
