The CSS Travel Agent Commissions software has all the functions you need to track and pay travel agent commissions.  TA Commissions is a module found in the CSS Front Office, CSS Accounting, and the CSS Condominium systems.

• Travel Agent Features:  Even though most of your travel agent commissions will be posted automatically during the night audit process, our CSS systems also allow you to manually maintain travel agent accounts, enter and adjust travel agent commissions, print statements, and print commission checks.

• Travel Agent Transaction History:  The CSS Travel Agent software interfaces directly to the CSS Daily Report.  CSS Front Office Night Audit routines generate travel agent transactions and automatically post to the Travel Agent and Daily Report detail files.  With the CSS Total Solution installed, the front office night audit routine automatically generates and posts travel agent commissions to the back office general ledger system as well as the Daily Report.

• Guest Record Tracking:  Our system tracks two travel agents (or a travel agent and tour operator) per guest record.  You decide how to set up appropriate commissions for each based on a flat rate or a percentage as you define.

• Commission & Deposit Tracking:  The CSS System tracks commissions in relation to deposits.  If a travel agent sends a deposit to the hotel less his commission, our hospitality system pays only the remaining commission due, taking into account the original payment that came out of the deposit.

• Travel Agent Data Import:  You may order lists of IATA and/or ASTA travel agents from those organizations on CD Rom and import travel agent lists directly into the CSS Systems for quick and easy searches.
