Your potential guests will be able to check availability and prices, and book, revise, or cancel a reservation from your website directly into your CSS Front Office System.  We offer four different possible Web Reservations modules, depending on your website needs and capability:

CSS Web Reservations Software At A Glance

• Interface to your existing website:  CSS adds HTML pages to your existing hotel website that run availability checks, access reservations, produce confirmations, and allow reservation revisions or cancellations directly in your CSS Front Office System.

• Interactive interface:  Both versions of our Reservations modules are two-way interfaces connecting the CSS Web Reservations pages to the CSS Front Office System or to an XML API in your website code.

• Web firewall security.

• Reserve Rooms From Your Website:  Room reservations come from the CSS Front Office System actual room type inventory.  You can also configure your system to set aside a reserve number of rooms for in-house reservations use only.

• Room Type & Reservation control:  You designate which room types the CSS Web Reservations System will access for online reservations.  This is also true of date ranges, specific rates, market ID codes, and many more.  Your CSS Web Reservations System will only allow what you want to be displayed and offered online.

• Customized Pages:  Customize your CSS Web Reservations website pages to include your hotel logo and wallpaper, as desired.
